The office visit was fine and the wait time very reasonable. On the other hand, the pre check-in questionnaire that I was asked to fill out at home was ridiculously long. It took me an hour! Too many questions, some not related to my care (for example, what sex was your spouse born as). Then when in the office - none of the items on the long questionnaire were discussed with me.
