This was my first visit at the location. Staff was friendly and the doctor had excellent bedside manner. I didn't feel like Dr. Silverbrook rushed my appointment. I've been a patient at the Silver Spring (Lockwood Drive) CWC location for 25 years, and I was a little anxious going to another location and doctor. I didn't realize there was a Bowie location just 2 blocks from my home. The office staff at the Bowie location and Dr. Silverbrook made me feel very comfortable.
Dr Silverbrook is an incredible clinician. She always seems to genuinely be interested in my questions and concerns and never makes me feel rushed. She is an efficient doctor while maintaining a high degree of compassion, empathy and kindness. Her assistant (who's name I don't recall but has short hair) is also fantastic and very friendly. I feel like she provides me the level of care that she would provide her sister or mom. She is the reason I have stayed so loyal to your practice despite going through a lot of insurance billing issues in the past.

Dr. Silverbrook is a gem. She is kind, patience and truly cares for her patients. I've been seeing her for years and out my complete care in her hands. She delivered my little girl so I will never forget her. She's the best!
The whole team is so fantastic. Everyone is so kind and takes time to really make sure patients are comfortable and receive the care they deserve. I willingly wait months to see Dr. Silverbrook because I know she will listen to me and I don’t have to fight for care here, but also am not given unnecessary procedures. The fact that the team has abautoamtic chaperone for ultrasounds was so thoughtful. I love that patient care is clearly a priority here. Not just Dr. Silverbrook but every single person I interacted with was pleasant kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is not what I usually associate with the doctor!
I love this location and the people. Especially (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) but our checkout girly. She's one of my favorites! And of course Dr. Cheryl. She is really great at providing recommendations and understanding what I'm feeling. I love her feisty self, she gets results!
This office makes me feel 100% safe which is really important when it comes to this aspect of health. From the kind front desk staff to the nurse/medical assistants/phlebotomist to the providers. Sometimes gynecological concerns can be hard and vulnerable to discuss, however, I always feel comfortable discussing my concerns in this office. Which truly matters because my GYN health is very important to me as it is to other patients I’m sure. So I would highly recommend this practice to any woman wanting to feel see and heard. Dr. Silverbrook is one of a kind! She is personable, never makes me feel uncomfortable talking about any topic, is very knowledgable, thoroughly answers my many questions, and creates a safe space in a vulnerable appointment.
