The check in with the receptionist was not pleasant. I was getting charged for a service I was not getting and I try to explained that to her but she continued to cut me off and charged me. Dr. N and her staff were able to help me and got a refund.
Everything went well. My doctor listened to me.
Everything was fantastic, as always. Except the woman with short salt and pepper hair at the checkout desk. I have worked the same job and have never been so rude to someone. I was talking to my son and knew I didn't need to schedule a follow up nor pay since I already did so, so we proceeded to exit and she loudly and with quite an attitude said "Uh, you still need to check out!" While she was helping another patient and whom she looked at with disgust and scoffed at her as if she were very annoyed with me and I found it incredibly unprofessional. She is too grown to be acting that way. While I understand people can have their moments, I would assume she would know how to handle her big girl emotions working in a professional office setting as a customer service rep. Other than that, I love this office and Dr. N and her nurses are wonderful. I love Dr. N. She has delivered two of my sons and I have had nothing but exceptional care from her and her team.

I always have a positive overall experience with the clinic, especially with Dr. N, whom I have seen several times. She is compassionate, kind, and an excellent communicator. Even when she has to share difficult news, she does so with empathy and understanding, making me feel respected and cared for. I truly appreciate the way she communicates and the compassion she consistently demonstrates during appointments.

She attended Texas Tech University and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She obtained her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Following medical school, she was accepted into the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she completed her Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Training in the Texas Medical Center afforded her an opportunity to meet and treat people from varied backgrounds, with very unique and diverse conditions.

Dr. Nwogwugwu offers a wide-ranging of care and treatment options for women including the management and delivery of pregnancy, preventative care, family planning and management of acute and chronic issues such as vaginal discharge, vaginal dryness, sexually transmitted diseases, pelvic pain, uterine fibroids, PCOS, ovarian cysts, menopause, and osteoporosis as well as minimally invasive surgical and diagnostic procedures including hysterectomy and colposcopy.
In her free time, Dr. Nwogwugwu loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people and learning about their culture. She enjoys reading period pieces and loves to cook for friends and family.
