Had to wait about 35 minutes in reception upon my on time arrival; then was put in the wrong room and waited another 45 minutes. When the doctor didn't show up I got dressed and informed the front staff why I was leaving. As I was walking out Dr. DiLeo called me and explained I was put in the wrong room and she couldn't find me. After this I went back in and was examined promptly. Dr. DiLeo was very apologetic and pleasant so I will return for my next checkup. However, although I understand the snafu with the examination room, waiting a half hour initially is not ok. Hopefully next time I will be seen quicker.
Dr DiLeo was amazing! Kind, caring and gentle with exam. Answered my questions and a positive experience. From checking in when off the elevator to all who I came into contact with- all pleasant employees.

Great experience overall. However I was not given my new patient paperwork until I actually checked in for the appointment so there was no way for me to do it ahead of time. I assume this is because I was new because I have already received my paperwork for the next appointment.
