Thorough and personable.
Christine is so wonderful and kind. She always takes time to listen and validate what you're going through.
Dr Class was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. She asked every question she could to ensure I was safe, doing good, and had no concerns.
I am treated with kindness and respect at every visit. I am not embarrassed to talk to Kristine about anything. We have moved multiple times so I have had multiple gyn doctors but I have never had a gyn as good as Kristen. She is very knowledgeable but also makes you feel important and valued as a person.
Christine Klass is a wonderful clinician. She listens and takes her time to ensure she hears what my concerns are and offers reasonable ideas and suggestions. I appreciate her opinions and value her judgement. She understands and provides amazing guidance for working with post menapausal issues. I highly recommend her and the practice!
Christine is wonderful and always takes her time to answer questions. She makes me feel at ease when I come in for my appointment.
I value Christine Klass' knowledge and expertise. She is easy to talk with and is not judgmental. The only negative to my appointment was being left in a paper gown for nearly 30 minutes. I was happy to be taken back to the exam room on time. The assistant took vitals and reviewed information. After that, I waited about 25 minutes. While this isn't an exorbitant amount of time, it was cold and uncomfortable. This would not discourage me from seeing Christine again, but I would have been more comfortable in my own clothes for the wait.
Appointment was very detailed and efficient.
Provider I saw is so nice. She doesn't rush the visit. The staff was also very nice.
