I went to Dr. Runk for a follow up to my mammorgram taken at my gynecologist appointment. I was EXTREMELY nervous and slightly scared, considering I received the call from my gynecologist office that they "found a mass and want to have it looked at further." It was jarring and terrifying. All the staff I came in contact with during my visit with Dr. Runk were AMAZING. I actually met with the staff before I ever met or talked with Dr. Runk. Everyone was kind, compassionate, patient and answered all my questions. Dr. Runk was AMAZING. She was understanding, kind and to the point immediately which was great, since she knew she had the information I was worried about. She was also very thorough, showing me my ultrasound scans and explaining everything. She assured me I was okay, knowing I was still worried. Her explanations helped immensely, as well as her calm demeanor. I knew no matter the outcome, I was in good hands.
