The nurse who took me back for my pre-exam was super welcoming and didn't make me repeat everything in my intake form. The doctor really listened to me and helped try new meds for peri-m symptoms. The new meds were called in efficiently, and I was able to start them this week! The offie was responsive in changing from a gel that wasn't covered by insurance to a patch, which was covered. I appreciate how fast and responsive the office was to getting that changed. I feel listened to and relieved for the first time in years.
Cindy was excellent. She and the sonographer were both kind, thorough, and accommodating. They made every effort to squeeze me in for a sonogram so I wouldn't have to come back another time. And Cindy took the time to explain the results to me thoroughly and answer all of my questions.

She served over 20 years on active duty, completing assignments across the United States and overseas. She received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies after attending the Interservice Physician Program affiliated with the University of Nebraska. She is also a graduate of the Army Trauma course, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Airborne School, Air Assault school, and other military schools.
Cindy has always had special interest in Women’s Health of all ages, to include OB/Gyn and urogynecology. She likes to give back to the community by teaching CPR and First Aid Classes with Fairfax County schools and volunteers with several other organizations. Her interests include cooking, baking, Orange Theory, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family. She is married and has 2 daughters and a dog.
