Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Also, it was the first time I had a mammogram and the technician was very good at explaining the procedure, offering information, answering questions and making me feel comfortable.
The nurse explained everything calmly and thourghly. She explained what would happen if I got a call back to come back and to not be frightened.
