There is not a long wait time. Ms. Picart was very pleasant, patient, and informative.

Ms. Daisy was very gentle and informative. I felt heard when talking to her and she offered options as to how I could be supported with my concerns. I also am not fond of having pap smears done, as I'm sure many women aren't, but she is gentle enough for it to not be uncomfortable and allows me to keep my dignity as much as possible lol I have chosen to see Ms. Daisy for the past few years because I feel comfortable with her and refuse to have anyone else perform my pap smear. I appreciate the care she gives me whenever I see her and refer anyone I can to her.
The front of the house could use a makeover. Those thick plexiglass windows at check-in are literally sound proof - I had to bend down and speak through the opening. My paperwork I completed upon arrival got lost then found. The back of the house staff was absolutely delightful. And your coffee machine rocks! Also you send too many emails. It was overwhelming.
Daisy is always great and very personable. Daisy is always friend, efficient, and professional. Things tend to be pretty straight forward with me, but I know if I needed to dive in and ask more questions, Daisy would take the time to make sure I had everything I need.
