Dr. Daryle Ruark is a general orthopedic specialist with Advanced Orthopedics New England, specializing in hip and knee replacement surgeries as well as shoulder surgeries. Dr. Ruark has a license to practice medicine in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is an attending at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts and St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
He attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and went on to the Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, where he earned his doctorate in medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He continued on to a fellowship at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and is Board-certified in Orthopedic surgery. He recently re-certified in 2016.
Dr. Ruark sees patients in our Springfield, Massachusetts, Enfield and Hartford offices. Dr. Ruark performs surgery at Mercy Hospital and Surgery Center of New England in Springfield, Massachusetts, as well as the Connecticut Joint Replacement Institute (CJRI) at St. Francis Hospital.
He lives with his wife, Michelle and 2 sons, Derek and Jonathan in
Massachusetts. Dr. Ruark enjoys going to the gym, biking, tennis and
golf, but his favorite thing to do is play with his kids.
