Dr. Duncan completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma. She then attended medical school and earned her osteopathic medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed an osteopathic obstetrics and gynecology residency through the same institution in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
