She's explained everything in so much detail. Because it was my first one so I was nervous. But she took her time explaining everything to me.
Deysi actually listened to me. She heard what I said, genuinely. Even a nurse and health science educator myself, there are times I feel like providers just want to throw meds at you... Deysi listened and offered gentle, helpful advice. She has such a calm nature and is so comforting. She made me feel safe and not judged and I told her 3 times how thankful I was for her!
Staff was friendly and made the appointment easy.
