Scheduling it was the hardest part but even then it wasn't that bad. I did need assistance from someone in the office to help me. But once it was scheduled, the quality of my visit was great and it saved me a trip to the office. I tried to schedule a follow up via telehealth but it didn't look like she had appointments for over a year so the office scheduled me for an in-person visit. So my only suggestion would be to make the scheduling for telehealth a little easier (unless she really doesn't have any available telehealth appointments for a year...).
I enjoyed the ease of use and convenience of the virtual visit. I felt that Dr. Deldon-Saltin listened to my concerns and thoughtfully gave input and created a plan for me.
Dina listened to me and gave excellent recommendations. Even though my situation and side effects are unusual she still validated my concerns. That meant a lot to me.
I'm waiting for test results and additional prescription.

The provider was excellent and went above and beyond listening to my symptoms, concerns. I felt like someone finally listened to me after being brushed off by so many previous health care providers. Compassion and empathy go a long way when speaking with patients, and the provider excelled at this. I would recommend anyone to go to this provider.
