Dr. Simpson was great.
I was a new patient to Dr. Simpson after my previous doctor of 30 years retired (Dr. Joshi). Dr. Simpson was well prepared - she was up to date on my medical history, had pertinent questions ready for me, her explanations were clear and thorough and her overall approach immediately put me at ease.
I got in right away and saw the doctor soon after. She was very pleasant, asked a lot of questions, and was very helpful.
It was a painful experience and no pain medication was offered until after the procedure was completed.
It is not just about how good the doctor is. It is the overall experience that counts. I felt like warmth and patient centric nature has diminished specially how you tell mamo results to a patient.
Dr. Simpson was so pleasant and sweet and handled my problem very professionally and thoroughly. Her staff was also extremely kind, professional and thorough.
Dr. Simpson is professional, compassionate, and has empathy with her patients. She takes what ever time is needed with her patients and doesn't rush us.
