Karamanis was amazing. I've been going to the Manassas location for years and have been seeing Lawson for the last 3-4 years after a traumatic experience with Dr. Afram. Unfortunately, she wasn't available until September. I was nervous about seeing someone new, but Karamanis made the appointment very easy and comfortable. She thoroughly listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, and was very polite. The front office staff was incredible, too.

I was told I would get a mammogram also with the appt & that was not the case. Also, no blood work done either.
