CNM was professional and knowledgeable, procedure done ina tinely manner. MA and sono tech very nice.
The whole check up went quickly. Everybody was nice and professional.
From the time that I notified the practice about my pregnancy, the staff had been diligent with checking in, getting my future appointments scheduled, and letting me know what to expect at upcoming appointments. The pregnancy guide pdf was very helpful to answer questions before my appointment. Also, my care during my visit was awesome. Everyone from the front office staff, to the somographer, to the MA, to the providers, to the student doctor, to the phlebotomist was so friendly and thorough. My provider was a midwife and she was so kind and attentive, validating my concerns and listening with care while also providing a little humor and reassurance along the way.
