The entire office and medical assistant staff was very professional, pleasant, and nice. Dr. Wise diagnosed and treated with compassion and several times used "we", as in "we have work to do" to treat this. It made me feel like a partner in treatment. That helped.

The appointment reminders in advance via text were very helpful. The completion of check in questions on line were a great time saver prior to the appointment. The check in staff were very efficient and cordial and made me feel welcome. I was called back for my appointment almost immediately. The nursing staff were pleasant and informative. The dr arrived before I even got to read the first page of my book that I brought to read while I waited. My appointment was for 1:45 and I was checked out and on my way to my car my 2 pm. Very professional staff and very efficient use of my time! Dr. Wise seems genuinely interested in my overall health and well being. She is encouraging and supportive! Her professional manner coupled with a friendly personality help make the medical exam comfortable.
