Clean and well organized office, friendly and calm staff, friendly and transparent doctor. There was a personal touch that is often missing in high volume health care. Although this is a sizeable practice, it still feels and operates like they know you and care. Dr. J remembered me after 2 years! Dr. J has great "bedside manners." He was thorough and efficient without being rushed. He was present and amicable. Excellent service. I usually dread medical appointments for the impersonal nature of most medical offices and the sneaky ways of getting you to spend more, or lacking transparency of charges. At this practice, the cash pay figure was clearly provided, no extra charges were added or snuck in.
The doctor is always very attentive, answers all my questions, and—when necessary—prescribes treatment or provides a referral to a surgeon or other specialists. The office staff is also excellent: they answer calls promptly, and scheduling an appointment is easy. I highly recommend this clinic.
