The staff was friendly and the process was as least painful as a Mammogram can be.
I am embarrassed to admit that I can't remember the technician's name, but she was very patient and her voice was calming. I was given ample time to prepare. She gave me prompts and coaching every step of the way and didn't rush me! The room was also relaxing and oddly inviting. I really appreciated the kind treatment.
