About Emily Botsios:
I was a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years before I graduated from the Nurse Midwifery program at Frontier Nursing University in 2018. I was inspired to be a Nurse Midwife so I could be a provider that gives evidence based care and builds meaningful relationships with families and women throughout their lifespan. I provide thorough education so women can make informed decisions. I am skilled at cultivating a birth experience that is tailored to the goals of each of my patients. I enjoy watching families grow and feel empowered as I take care of them during their pregnancy, birth, post partum time, and then later for well women care.
I enjoy teaching women more about their bodies, their cycle, helping them with fertility, or prevention of pregnancy during their gynecology needs.
I have two children, a boy and a girl and married my High School sweetheart after I graduated from nursing school at Arizona State University. I enjoy hiking, yoga, exploring new places, the beach, cooking, and family movie and game night. I believe my two unmediated births taught me how to help women in a unique way and I am constantly inspired by women and their bodies.
