She's been my doctor for her entire time in office. Through highs and lows from miscarriage to childbirth and now perimenopause. She's patient and knowledgeable.
The office is staffed with friendly people, the check-in and check-out experience is efficient, and Dr. Werner engages with me as a person and spends the needed time ensuring everything is covered during my visit.
There was a glitch with scheduling. I was not checked in properly and waited 20 min before addressing the issue with the receptionist. Strictly administrative. Medical personnel were great.
