Customer service was great. The front office staff was swift and friendly. Dr. Honore' professionalism is exemplary as she provide stellar service to her patients. She advocates for her patients health/care needs. Dr. Honore' listens to my concerns as addressing them with sensitivity and understanding. I love her and her staff.
Doc was nice and seemed knowledgeable. But I was disappointed that no one helped clean me up after the incision and drainage of my infected Bartholin cyst. There was a lot of blood all over me. I felt great the next day after surgery. However; I am 4 days post and I am in extreme pain. I can’t walk or sit. Every move I make is debilitating. This does not feel normal. I called the doc on Friday because of my pain and she said to give it more time for antibiotics to work. Two more days have gone by and the pain is getting worse. Luckily no fever. I am about to go to ER. However I am so swollen and tender that I have no idea how I’m going to sit in a car to go to hospital or even let an ER doc examine me because I can’t spread my legs. 5 stars if doc had called me over the weekend to check on me. Just my feedback and opinion.
