I appreciated how quick and easy it was to schedule my appt. Additionally, I appreciated how Mrs. Diaz sat down and answered all my questions and concerns. She was very helpful and kind, and she verbalized everything she was doing so that I knew what to expect during the exam. There are two things that could have made it better: 1. How long I had to wait once in the exam room, my appt was at 7:30am and still had too wait for quite a while once in the room. 2. There should be larger sizing options for the paper gowns, I understand that the provider needs to have access to the patient but waiting for so long in a cold exam room with barely any cover is still frustrating and uncomfortable.
