Gastric Sleeve

Unlike traditional gastric bypass surgery, gastric sleeve surgery does not rearrange the digestive system. Instead, gastric sleeve removes a large portion of the stomach leaving a "banana-shaped" sleeve that is then connected to the esophagus and small intestines.
