The doctor and nurse were incredibly thorough and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. They answered all my questions clearly and left me feeling reassured and confident about the procedure and what to expect. Trust is a major factor in making this decision, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I was very satisfied with the consultation.

The office has good ambiance with all staff being friendly and helpful. Olga gives attentive service answering my questions along the way. She also makes me feel comfortable in a vulnerable position.

I love Radiesse on my face, make me look younger and help with my scars, they are less visible. I also did Liposuction on my arms and the best thing I was awake, I didn't want to have general anesthesia, love my results, now I have confidence in showing my arms, thanks to Dr. Bachilo.

I had to reschedule for later in the day, which was accommodated without hesitation. The office staff, and of course Dr. B are amazing! The office is very well decorated and very calming.

Kathy was very good at explaining the procedure, what to expect, and the after-procedure care. In my case, I recovered quickly after following Kathy's advice. The whole process is very easy and, somehow, relaxing, with only a little pain.
