Highly satisfied: The mammogram tech and ultrasound tech were absolutely wonderful. They both were so welcoming, personable, professional, and efficient. They made me feel right at ease, while helping me understand the process. A true asset to your office! Highly dissatisfied: This rating is not a reflection of the mammogram and ultrasound techs, who were professional, kind, and apologetic. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by a check-in error at the front desk. I was not properly checked in upon arrival, which resulted in me waiting nearly 50 minutes before my testing, totaling about an hour and 40 minutes at the office. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, I approached another staff member to inquire about my status. About 10 minutes later, I was informed that the tech was running behind and would be out shortly. When I was taken back, the tech apologized and confirmed that I had not been checked in correctly which resulted in the long wait. What was most disappointing was that the front desk staff did not acknowledge the error. While I understand that mistakes happen, a simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. Given the anxiety that can accompany diagnostic breast imaging appointments, clear communication and accountability are especially important.

I love that the mammograms and bone density scans are performed on site. The technicians are top-notch and have been with the practice for many years. It's a seamless procedure!
