Everyone from the reception staff to Haya to the nurses were amazingly incredible. I was nervous and everyone made me feel safe, seen and heard. Everyone was so kind. She was graceful and kind. I wish she could be my doctor all the time.
Overall experience was good until trying to make an upcoming mammogram appt and was told I would have to do another examination wherever i had done it previously but i did at the same facility. I will be following up with you.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because Ms. Haya took the time to truly listen to my concerns and treated my symptoms with care and respect. I felt heard and validated when discussing my perimenopausal symptoms, and she showed genuine empathy and understanding rather than dismissing what I was experiencing. She clearly explained possible causes and options, offered thoughtful and practical solutions, and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. Her approach made me feel supported and confident in the care plan we discussed. The visit felt patient centered, compassionate, and thorough, which is why I would rate my experience as 5 stars. I also want to highlight that my interactions with Ms. Lorene, the nursing staff, and the front desk team have all been amazing. Everyone has been kind, professional, and supportive at every visit, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. I truly appreciate that the office offers appointment hours after 5 pm. Taking time off work is often discouraged and can disrupt scheduling and staffing, so having extended hours shows consideration for patients who work full time.
