High Desert Pulmonary associates (HDPA) is a single specialty independent Pulmonary Group founded in 2019 by 2 Physicians, Dr. R. Gomez and Dr. A. Grigoriyan.

“Former employees of St Mary’s High Desert Medical group, we promptly realized the unmet needs in our specialty, and the vast opportunities to start and build our own practice. We have always aspired to provide care to all patients regardless of insurance plan or network affiliation. Currently, we provide access to all 4 hospitals in the High Desert (St Mary’s Medical Center, Victor Valley Global Medical Center, Desert Valley Hospital and Barstow Community Hospitals).

Our goal is to provide the best patient care in a timely manner, using our knowledge, experience and skills acquired through years of rigorous training. We are committed to practicing evidence-based, up-to-date medicine, adhering to the standards of care accepted at the top Health Care Institutions across the United States.
