It is difficult to dial into the credit union. The voicemail is not very user friendly, i.e., It does not ask you "if you know your parties extension, you mail dial it at anytime" nor does it allow you to stay on the line and someone will pick up for the local credit union. I stayed on the line and the main headquarters received the call.
