I waited about 15 minutes in the reception area and was able to complete my paperwork during that time. Nurse who took my vitals was warm and courteous. I didn't have to wait long for Dr. Ferrara. I've been seeing the good doctor for over 35 years, so I feel like family. He asked how I was doing and made me feel comfortable. He answered my questions as to my routine tests and exams status. Dr. Ferrara is always willing to listen to my concerns and provide vital information and feedback. He reminded me to schedule my mammogram. Asked if I had any questions.
