Appointment was on time. The doctor made you feel comfortable. She was informative, helpful and caring.
I was new to Dr. Couret, but have been with the practice for 40+ years. I really enjoyed the conversation with Dr. Couret. It seemed as if we were old friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. I so appreciated the time that she took to introduce herself and to learn about me as well. I was totally at ease with her which made the "new" experience very nice. As much as one can, I will look forward to my next visit with Dr. Couret. She is quite an asset to Capital Women's Care!

She received her medical degree from The University of Miami School of Medicine in 2000. She moved to the D.C. metro area for her OB/GYN residency, which she completed from The George Washington University in 2004. In 2007, she was part of an educational symposium, “Women living with MS” hosted by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her special interests include: cervical dysplasia, dysfunctional uterine bleeding and infertility. Dr. Couret is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Couret enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
