Dr. Apgar is exceptionally well-rounded, experienced, talented doctor. Both my c-section and my baby's circumcision process and recoveries are smooth and quick. Her bedside manner with great self-confidence are so contagious. This can tell you a lot about her exceptionality than me writing a book.
