I appreciate that he actually has conversation and doesn't appear to be in a rush to answer questions. I also appreciated the communication from his nurse when she informed me they were a bit behind and a couple of patients were before me. It was a small gesture but I was glad for the heads up. I enjoy my appointments every time and feel comfortable communicating what my issues are and being able to ask questions.
