McKenzie is always prompt in responding to my messages on the portal and finding a way to help me if I have a question or if I need to be seen. Both she and James are quick to call me with results. I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied with their professionalism.
I appreciated I was seen right on time, The nurse who took my information was pleasant and helpful. James was very attentive and patient with my questions. He has an excellent personable demeanor making the whole visit comfortable. I appreciated that he made the extra effort to call my pharmacist to clarify exactly how the medication was to benefit me and contacted me the san day with information. Great patient care!
