She was amazing. She talked through what she was doing and even though I'm 59 and I've had these every few years it's always the worst time ever and she made it very tolerable. Her bedside manner was brilliant.
I had the same OBGYN for years and he retired. Have met a few new ones, but found that I really like PHD, WHNP Jeanette Moore. She is very thoughtful and thorough. I like that she works at 2 locations 1 near my home, the other near my business. She describes every procedure fully and made sure that we took every precaution.
Thank you for all your help! Youre a wonderful doctor! Dr. Moore was friendly, attentive and answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. This is key for me!! I really liked her! The customer service was excellent from practitioner and staff but there was a very long wait before I was actually seen, even though I arrived early for appt as required.
Took the time to explain everything.
She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She went over all the options for birth control and explained each one thoroughly. Not only did she help us decide which option was the best, she ordered tests and an ultrasound to make sure there are no underlying issues causing my heavy bleeding. I feel that she truly cared and wants to make there is no root cause.
