Jennifer does a really good job. However, I think it's a HUGE mistake that you fired Lacinda! She was excellent and worked hard to figure out what was best for my skin. Her absence is why I didn't participate in the September sale and my visits to your establishment are far less frequent! I believe Lacinda was a true asset to your practice! Skin looks better.
