Dr. Marrone has a great balance of being efficient and thorough. She gets right to the point but never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. I really appreciate how honest, practical, and realistic she is, while also being warm and caring. She has a way of making difficult conversations feel comfortable and straightforward. I especially appreciate that she treats healthcare decisions as a conversation. She listens, explains the options clearly, and works with me to create a plan rather than simply telling me what to do. That said, I have enough trust in her that if she were to say "this is what I would do....." I'm going to lean in.

Dr. Marrone has a wonderful bedside manner.
I've had 5 IUDs, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had — and my first with Dr. Marrone. She was patient, explained every step, and was incredibly kind and understanding when I had cramps. I've never had kids, so IUD insertions are never easy, but she never rushed me or pushed through discomfort. She took her time and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I feel so lucky to be working with her. With Dr. Marrone, I can be myself around her and feel my feelings, even if emotional. She's truly a gift. Thank you, Dr. Marrone — you are the best gynecologist I've ever had!

She spent a lot of time listening, explaining, and answering questions. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel uncomfortable even asking embarrassing questions, and she made the whole experience feel safe. I felt confident in her abilities as a doctor. Much better experience than my previous provider. Happy I switched.

Dr. Marrone is a professional who treats her patients with the utmost respect; listening to their concerns and focusing on their needs. In addition to her education, training, and professional experience, Dr. Marrone is herself a daughter, sister, and mother, which collectively provides her with the tools necessary to help guide you as a patient and a woman through every stage of your life. She is passionate about providing her patients with quality care, valuing the patient/doctor relationship and working tirelessly to advocate for her patients.
When asked about her mission as a physician, Dr. Marrone states “I want every woman to leave my office feeling heard, well cared for and more knowledgeable than when she arrived.”
In addition to the above, Dr. Marrone is also helping to shape future medical professionals through her teachings at Quinnipiac University School of Medicine, Sacred Heart University, and the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Marrone is currently responsible for the ObGyn residency program at Norwalk Hospital as residency site coordinator.
