Jody Bovard, MD, is a certified obstetrician and gynecologist on staff at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates in Greensboro, North Carolina, specializing in contraception, adolescent gynecology, and high-risk obstetrics. As a member of the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she has the education and experience to treat patients of all ages.
Dr. Bovard began her higher education at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 1998. She then moved to Pittsburgh to complete her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2002. After earning her medical degree, she moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, which she finished in 2007.
When she isn’t at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates counseling young women about contraception and preventive care, Dr. Bovard enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her twin daughters and son. She stays in shape by running and has completed two marathons (so far).
