Julie Davey is awesome! She listens to you and is like talking to a good friend, but very professional at the same time.
Julie listened and was understanding as well as knowledgeable.
I didn't feel rushed. I felt like it was a good discussion. I felt heard. When I asked to start slow/low dose to begin with she was understanding.
She demonstrated extensive knowledge and a compassionate approach. She clearly explained the ultrasound results, ensuring I understood the information. I felt at ease during our conversation. The quality of the call was excellent.
I love how easy it is and how much time is saved by having a phone call as opposed to coming into the office.
Had not realized I would need to have a follow up for testosterone so was confused as to why I needed one, and that I could not have a refill until appt. was made. This should be pointed out in the beginning when prescribed so as to avoid any confusion. I now understand it is because it is a controlled substance, but again, had run out and did not understand why I could not get a refill until appt was made.
