Dr. Pass and her entire staff are wonderful. They always take the time to ensure all of your questions are answered and that you are comfortable. The wait times are minimal. Best of all, you can schedule your pap and mammogram on the same day at the same location. I have been seeing Dr. Pass for over 15 years, and I have never had a single issue.

Dr Pass is excellent. Very thorough and took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions. She has always given me a most professional visit and is so compassionate and caring.

Dr. Pass is very knowledgeable. She was very patient and ensured that I was seen as quickly as possible. She ensured the staff knew the urgency of the matter and took me to the area where I needed to be seen. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. They explained everything in complete detail to ensure my comfort and understanding.
Because the lobby was well organized and kept clean
The doctor listened to my concerns and immediately addressed it. The only reason I don't give a 5 is because after meeting with the doctor I decided to get blood work done and I asked the lady in front and she gave me a 10am slot. It was 9:25..I didn't mind waiting the 35 min. However I didn't get my blood drawn until 11am. I feel this needs to be addressed. That's absurd. I waited 1.5 hours to get blood drawn.
Dr Pass is the best, love the way she is interested for me, suggest me to do more testing for my family history. My daughters also are there patients.
