I loved my treatment. However, I was overcharged and told (by phone) that the overpayment would go back on my card. It's been a month, and I STILL haven't seen my refund. I've called 3 times and even talked to the accountant. She promised to look into it and let me know when the money was credited back to my account. I STILL have not heard from her and STILL haven't received my refund. I am very disappointed.
She is very professional and makes my skin glow. She's very accommodating and fun to be with.
Kate is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very thorough in her treatments. She went to great lengths to explain my post care and checked in with me a few days afterwards.
