We were seen by Ms Ackerman, nurse practitioner. She could not have been more thoughtful or accommodating to my daughter’s needs and my concerns. [Patient] has both physical and mild cognitive disabilities. Ms Ackerman and the nurse were patient, kind and assisted Jess wherever necessary. Ms. Ackerman took all the time needed to discuss and consider our issues. She was most helpful and my questions were answered.

She was very knowledgeable, sweet, and explained everything very well I love Dr. Karsan ,all her providers and entire staff! Everyone is amazing and very sweet!! I enjoyed my visit with my nurse practitioner this last visit. I should a few tears and she helped me understand that it was perfectly normal and understandable to what I was feeling. She even shared some of her own experiences.
