My doctor had to cancel her afternoon appointments, after already cancelling her morning ones, and after I was already checked in for my appointment. While I am not sure why she had to cancel, I can only express my extreme happiness that Dr. Sessions cared enough about patient care to step up and fit me into her busy schedule and complete my appointment. She also took the time to sit down and visit with me for a few minutes before completing the appointment, which I was also happy about. It made me feel valued as a patient at your clinic. It is the only reason I am rating the visit so high. While I understand that doctors are people too and “stuff” happens this is the second year in a row where my doctor either had to reschedule me for my appointment or in this case didn’t reschedule but just didn’t keep the appointment. The patient’s time is valuable too so it meant a lot that Dr. Sessions cared enough to step up and fill in and make it not a waste of my time for the day! Thank you’re again to her! ? Dr Sessions is fantastic and deserves the recognition for her willingness to step in for a co-worker and for her attention to patient care to be considerate of me and my time. Thank you her once again for caring!

We had a special circumstance in first identifying the type of birth control that would be most appropriate and ideal for my 17 year old. It was determined that IUD would be preferred. We were about to leave for Sweden (study abroad) and the practice promptly filed through insurance (approved) and accommodated a timely insertion appointment using a mirena device they had on hand. The overall experience was PROFESSIONAL and SYMPATHETIC to our daughters needs. We are very sad that Dr Sessions is moving out of state. She related well to my daughters and for that we are grateful since this is new territory for her. I personally had an IUD (dr Landermeyer) but post child birth so they set of detailed instructions for my daughter were spot on . Thank you , Thank you, Dr. Sessions and her companion nurse for their professional and courteousness . We very much VALUE the advice and timeliness in the appointment times provided.
My concerns are addressed. Scheduling is quick and according to my needs. Dr. Sessions is knowledgeable and understanding.

She returned home to Austin in 2023 for her husband to complete his fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Sessions loves being able to raise her newborn daughter in her hometown with all her family. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, yoga, travel, and playing with her cockapoo puppy.
