Follow-up appointments after breast augmentation are not only hard, but they are unnerving. The staff make these appointments easier because they remain cool, calm, and collected. I had to have my stitches and tape removed, and this could have been a really unpleasant experience if the nurse was not keenly knowledgeable about what she was doing. She made the appointment as soothing as she possibly could, and I appreciate that.
I received very thorough and kind care. Each person took their time to be certain I was comfortable, had all my questions answered and was well prepared for home.
