Kylie Littleton, PA-C

Kylie Littleton, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant at Central Carolina OB/GYN, where she is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to women at every stage of life. Originally from Maryland, Kylie moved to North Carolina to attend Campbell University, where she played collegiate lacrosse and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Physician Assistant Practice. During her time at Campbell, Kylie discovered her passion for women’s empowerment, preventive medicine, and reproductive health. With a strong commitment to building trust and open communication, Kylie empowers her patients through education, informed decision-making, and individualized care. She is passionate about supporting women from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Outside the clinic, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs and two cats, and tending to her many houseplants. She also loves being outdoors and exploring all the natural beauty the community has to offer.
