The mammography tech was excellent as was the front desk personnel. My issues are with follow-up. I get a general emailed report (with AI) that doesn't tell me anything about my mammogram but says I need further evaluation because my breasts are dense. I have been going to OBGYN Specialist for 20+ years and my breasts have always been dense...did anyone look at my record? Did Dr. Weston see the report? Then I get a phone call from someone named Jeda from an 800 number wanting to talk to me...I assume to schedule more tests. Even this evaluation says you want feedback on my visit with Dr.Weston - I never saw her. The impersonal nature of the entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't see a physician...it was only a mammogram.

Wait time was short and the two tests were done within a half an hour and everyone in the office was very helpful.
Staff is great! Love the heated robes! HATE Athena! Please invest in another program! I referred my friend Caryl Parker- we both agree that Dr Weston is GREAT and the ATHENA PORTAL is a nightmare!
Appointment was on time. Staff was extremely nice and did a great job with the mammogram.
