My visit went very smoothly, the APRN was quite thorough in asking me about any concerns and conducted the exam painlessly and thoroughly.
Laurah made me feel super comfortable. I've never been to a gyno office like that, I felt so out of place but she completely distracted my anxious feelings about everything.

The visit went great but the follow through from the office is terrible. I asked for an order to go to Jefferson and Laurah sent it to Bristol despite me specifically saying they aren't in my network and asking for Jefferson. I called to get it fixed and had to leave a message because no one ever picks up the phone. The AI agent is awful. But no one ever called back and the order was not sent. I was 2 weeks ago and Jefferson still doesn't have the order. So I had to call back again. And leave a message again. I love my doctor but I'm considering leaving the office because it's not well run.
