Dr. Foster was absolutely amazing. I was terrified of this, as I've only ever had one pap smear, 11 years ago and she made me so comfortable. She did a great job listening to me and distracting me, while also explaining what she was doing.

ALL the staff - from the front desk to clinical staff, are absolutely terrific !! The Springfield office is very organized, it is noticeably compared to other locations. That has to do with an excellent office manager. I have been coming to this office for over 25 years! The staff are Friendly, helpful, organized. The provide excellent customer service. Dr. Foster is wonderful, Kind, has a great sense of humor, very thorough, provides education, and clearly cares about her patients. The nursing staff is excellent

Leah Foster, M.D. received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Florida in 2009. A Gator through and through, she then completed medical school at the University of Florida in 2013 and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida in 2017. Since this time she has made Northern Virginia her home and has been providing gynecologic and obstetric care to women at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Her practice consists of routine well women care, contraceptive management, delivering babies, gynecologic problems and surgery, including office procedures and laparoscopy. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats in Arlington, Virginia. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring the Northern Virginia/DC area.
