Leah Howell, assistant Olivia, and front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly towards my 2-year old daughter and myself. They were thorough and communicated clearly. It was obvious that Leah Howell read my charts prior to my appointment, and she asked questions during the appointment to clarify her understanding of my medical history. I greatly appreciate this, as I often see medical professionals who enter the exam room requiring me to reiterate my entire medical history because they did not read my charts prior to the appointment. The Urbana office was clean and peaceful, and I experienced a very short wait time.
