she was kind and also thorough. She was running behind, and I was a little frustrated by the time she got to me, but she was not frazzled, and she was apologetic, so it made me realize that she spends the time she needs with each patient. I value that.
This is my first experience with Leslie Shubat, and I am very impressed with her knowledge of the treatment I was seeking, as well as her ability to be relaxed, patient and present to fully listen to my concerns and address them. Drs visits can be stressful and it is helpful to have a provider take the time to make you feel comfortable.
The provider was great. The front office a little bit disorganized had explained myself several times initially.
All staff were kind and respectful. Ms. Shubat was very attentive to my issues and I felt she gave me a good plan of action moving forward. Even though it was the end of the day, she took the time to listen to my concerns and efficiently perform a thorough exam. She was also very clear with her instructions related to some new medication she was prescribing. I have been a patient with Capital Women's Care ever since the mid 2000's, and I am grateful that the quality of providers continues to be excellent. The office staff and medical aides at both locations have always been professional and kind.

I greatly appreciated that she was open to hearing my perspective and allowing me to fully explain my thoughts and concerns before offering her professional opinion. I never felt rushed or dismissed. What impressed me most was her follow-up. At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, she took the time to call me to follow up and remind me about an important next step. I have never had a healthcare provider take the time to personally follow up with me at the end of a busy week, let alone do so with such kindness and patience. She made me feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire conversation. Her compassion, attentiveness, and genuine dedication to her patients truly stood out to me. I am incredibly grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and compassionate healthcare provider.
