She was great! Listened to me talk and ramble on and reassured me everything I was experiencing is normal.
The entire process went so smoothly. I did my pre questions online. Reviewed them with the CNA and provider. I was in an out in less than hour. The atmosphere was inviting. I felt comfortable in a situation that is less than comfortable.

The entire staff was timely and nice. My provider spent an adequate amount of time with me and answered all my questions. The reason I did not give this question 5 stars was because when I read the notes, they were not totally accurate. They said the provider had discussed many topics with me, like healthy eating, exercise, safe sex, etc. that were not addressed at all. I didn't have questions about these topics, so I suppose it is fine, but my patient notes are not accurate.

Everyone was friendly from the first interaction, everything was explained well to me.
The receptionist was friendly and waiting room was comfortable and welcoming. The medical assistant and provider were on time and both very kind and informative. All of our questions were answered and we were given resources and information to aide us in our pregnancy journey.
I was not 100% satisfied because there were other workers in the back hearing our entire conversation during my visit
